I am Ekaterina Larionova

I am a psychologist, and my work is to stay beside a person in the moments when life feels too loud, too painful, or too lonely to carry alone.

I have put my whole soul into psychology.

My name is Ekaterina Larionova. For me, psychology is not a set of techniques or a cold theory. It is a living space of meeting, where a person can be heard without judgment, seen without labels, and supported without pressure.

I believe everyone has the right to treat themselves with care: to pause, to speak honestly, to cry, to feel lost, and to find their own pace. In therapy, I help people notice their feelings, untangle inner conflicts, and reconnect with their body, boundaries, and desires — not by breaking themselves, but by gradually gathering themselves back together.

It matters to me that a person does not feel “wrong” next to me. In a psychologist's room, you do not have to be strong, convenient, or perfect. You can be real: tired, uncertain, angry, tender, vulnerable. Very often, this honesty is where the path toward inner support begins.

I invest more than knowledge and experience in my work. I invest my soul — because psychology, for me, is about trust, human depth, and respect for what each person is going through. My goal is to help people hear themselves more clearly, treat themselves more gently, and gradually choose a life with more inner freedom, warmth, and meaning.
